- Heavy-duty design - all steel frame and drive system with a moving table measuring 19 3/4" by 32".  Usable work surface (and therefore the largest sheet of dough you could make) is about 17" by 25".

-  Synchronized gap adjusters using one lever handle covering a thickness range of 0 to over 1 15/16”, Four complete turns on the adjusters produce about 1/4" thick sheet of dough. Adjuster scale decals are only intended to be reference points and are not a specific measurement.

  • The Dough Sheeter is shipped via UPS or FedEx. Packaged it weighs about 46 lbs. $71.50 shipping price is for the lower 48 US states only. We also ship to Canada.

  • We offer a one year warranty.

  • If you wish to return the dough sheeter, you must contact us within 21 days of delivery and it must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving our return approval message. For full credit on a return (the cost of the dough sheeter only, shipping both ways is the responsibility of the buyer), the dough sheeter must be returned in its original container with all packing materials, and in resalable condition. The cost of materials missing or that need to be replaced due to their condition, will be deducted from the credit issued.
